Who we are

The Ready at Home website does not currently ask you to create an account or complete a contact form. We may receive personal information when:
- you email us, such as your name, email address and the contents of your message;
- you buy a product through Payhip, such as your name, email address, country, order details and information needed to support the purchase;
- technical service providers process basic information needed to deliver the website, such as IP address, browser or device information.
We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Payment information is handled by Payhip and its payment providers.
How we use personal information
We use personal information only where needed to:
- fulfil and support your purchase;
- respond to enquiries and resolve download or product issues;
- keep appropriate business, accounting and transaction records;
- operate, secure and improve the website.
Our lawful bases may include performing a contract with you, complying with legal obligations and our legitimate interests in operating and supporting Ready at Home.
Services we use
Our website is hosted through GitHub Pages. We also use Payhip for product checkout and digital delivery, and the site loads Google Fonts. If you visit Payhip or a social-media service from this website, that provider will handle information under its own privacy policy.

We do not currently use our own advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Third-party services you choose to visit, including Payhip and social platforms, may use their own cookies. If we add non-essential analytics or advertising cookies in future, we will update this policy and introduce any consent controls required.

We keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, including customer support and any applicable accounting, tax or legal record-keeping requirements. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised where appropriate.
